That brings us to our exciting announcement that we are merging Mommies and Babes in Motion into TriChicks Canada to create one, strong, women’s only team!
Once permitted, our outdoor training will begin and run from May through August.
There will be two workouts per week with Coach Nancy and Team Mentors. Workouts are planned for Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings.
Use your punch card( lready purchased from 2018-2020 for any or all of the twice a week training.
During the outdoor training season, there will be additional sport-specific training sessions. These additional sessions will take place on a day other than Tuesday/Saturday and would include a small additional fee (not punch card). These include lane swims, open water swims, running with a Certified Coach, etc.
All Tuesday/Saturday workouts are limited to 20 participants. This allows everyone at the workout to spend quality time with coach. We’ll manage this by using a RSVP system to confirm your spot prior to workouts.
