TRAIN WITH US THE ENTIRE YEAR! WE HAVE WORKSHOPS/WORKOUTS EVERY MONTH WITH OUR FOCUS ON OUTDOOR TRIATHLON, ONCE A WEEK, FROM MAY TO AUGUST.

Our outdoor workouts are every Tuesday from May to August from 6:30-8pm. The outdoor workouts are either bike/run, bike only, run only or open water swim( at Gullivers Lake) and run
