With our new Punch Card system, you pick what workshops are of interest and what workouts work best for your schedule. Our outdoor workouts are every Tuesday from May to August from 6:30-8pm. The outdoor workouts are either bike/run, bike only, run only or open water swim( at Gullivers Lake) and run Punch Card Training Options
